How to: Modify format settings for converting files.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu and click the 'Compatibility' tab. Select the original format of files to be converted in the 'Recommended Options For' drop-down list box and modify by selecting or clearing the desired options.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Compatibility' tab.
3) Select the original format of files to be converted in the 'Recommended Options For' drop-down list box.
4) Modify the settings by checking or unchecking the desired options in the 'Options' list box.
5) Click 'OK'.
